My Path
I am blessed enough to call myself a Marin native. I was raised at the base of Mt. Tamalpais and was loved and supported deeply by my family and community. Despite these advantages, being from a divorced family, a child of an alcoholic and losing my mother, compelled me to leave the area to learn who I was and what I needed to thrive instead of only operating in survival mode. Years of personal growth through traveling, studying, working and living abroad provided me the space and relationships I needed to heal and learn to trust myself and others.
In 2015, I switched careers from international technology sales and business development after 20 years of hard work. This was a very challenging and rewarding career. I know first hand how difficult it is to find and maintain a successful career as life's transitions demand growth and change.

Since receiving my masters in psychology and becoming a licensed Psychotherapist, I have dedicated myself to integrating both of my careers and personal experience to provide therapy and coaching to adolescents, young adults, individuals, families, teams and companies.
Outside of work, I live with my husband of 18 years and our two children and spend as much time outdoors as possible.
